NFMC items ground the vehicle. Any fault on a No Further Movement Criteria item means the vehicle must not be dispatched until repaired. Annotate all faults on DA Form 5988 and report to your motor sergeant immediately.

What are NFMC faults on a JLTV?

JLTV PMCS (TM 9-2320-435-10) includes additional checks specific to the JLTV's independent suspension system, electronic systems, and armor protection components not present on the HMMWV. The JLTV also has a more complex drivetrain and requires checks on its central tire inflation system (CTIS) and electronic power steering.
