MONTHLY PMCS
Perform these checks monthly or every 160 hours of operation, whichever comes first.

Change engine oil and filter — use correct viscosity per current temperature range
Service air cleaner — clean or replace filter element per restriction indicator
Drain and inspect fuel filter/water separator — replace if contaminated
Check coolant concentration — must be 50/50 antifreeze/water; test with refractometer
Inspect and clean battery — remove corrosion from terminals and tray; apply protective coating
Load test battery — must maintain 9.6V under load for 15 seconds
Inspect all brake lines and fittings — no corrosion, cracks, or leaks
Check wheel bearing adjustment and repack if required — front and rear
Inspect and lubricate door hinges, latches, and hood hinges — apply light oil
NFMC — No Further Movement Criteria. Any fault on an NFMC item means the vehicle is non-mission-capable and must not be dispatched until repaired. Annotate on DA Form 5988 immediately.
