Perform complete lubrication of all fittings per lubrication order — document in DA Form 2404

Inspect all rotor blade erosion strips — check for delamination, lifting, or excessive wear; replace if required

Check transmission chip detectors (forward, aft, combining) — remove and inspect for metal particles

Inspect engine chip detectors (No. 1 and No. 2) — remove and inspect for metal particles

Check all electrical connectors and wiring harnesses — inspect for corrosion, chafing, and loose connections

Inspect pylon attachment fittings — check for cracks, corrosion, and security of all attachment hardware

Check flight control system rigging — verify proper travel and neutral positions per TM procedures

Inspect fuel system — check tanks, lines, and boost pumps for leaks, corrosion, and proper operation

Check fire detection and suppression system — test detectors and verify extinguisher bottles are charged

Inspect airframe structure — check all major structural members for cracks, corrosion, and impact damage

Update DA Form 2408-13 aircraft status — record all discrepancies, corrective actions, and flight hours
