This tool does not transmit, store, log, or aggregate any vehicle status, fault data, NFMC counts, operator information, or unit readiness data. Every action you take stays on your device. We are not a foreign entity, we are not a data broker, and we are not collecting military readiness information.
Architecture: Client-Side Only
The ArmyADP.com PMCS tool is a static web application. Every check you tap, every NFMC you mark, and every DA Form 5988 you generate is processed entirely inside your browser on your device. There is no database call, no API endpoint, and no network request associated with any PMCS checklist action.
Where Your Data Lives
Checklist progress is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage — the same mechanism a website uses to remember your preferences. This data never leaves your device. It is not transmitted to ArmyADP.com servers, not logged, not aggregated, and not accessible to any third party. Clearing your browser data or using a private/incognito window removes it entirely.
DA Form 5988 Generation
The 5988 generator builds your form entirely in the browser using JavaScript. The completed form is rendered as a printable HTML page and sent directly to your printer or saved as a PDF by your operating system. No form data, vehicle information, fault codes, or operator names are transmitted to any server at any point in this process.

OPSEC Posture
The checklist content on this site is derived exclusively from publicly available Army operator-level Technical Manuals (TM -10 series) published on the Army Publishing Directorate (APD) website at armypubs.army.mil. No classified, controlled unclassified information (CUI), or FOUO material is reproduced here. The tool is designed so that even if a soldier uses it in a deployed or sensitive environment, no operationally meaningful data can be exfiltrated — because none is ever collected.
Open to Army G6 / Cyber Command Review
ArmyADP.com is built and operated by a Retired U.S. Army E8 (1SG), MOS 25W, with 24 years of service and a Secret clearance. The site owner served 24 years Active Army as a 25W, serving as a BN S3 SGM twice and BN CSM at retirement. He completed his Anti-Terrorism Level 3 Certification at Fort Richardson as the only Active Duty Soldier among GS-12s and GS-13s. We understand the threat model. We welcome and actively invite review by Army G6, ARCYBER, or any installation cyber team. The full source architecture is available for inspection. We are willing to travel to Fort Eisenhower or any designated installation to support a technical review.
