Three PRT principles (precision, progression, integration), three training phases (initial, toughening, sustaining), components of strength, endurance, and mobility, WTBD physical requirements, overtraining syndrome, corrective action exercises, and special conditioning programs.
FM 7-22 is tested at boards because NCOs are responsible for the physical readiness of their soldiers. Boards ask about the three PRT principles and the training phases. Knowing that precision means performing exercises correctly — not just completing them — shows the doctrinal depth boards look for.
