AR 27-10 — Military Justice
Army Regulation 27-10 implements the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) within the Army — Article 15 nonjudicial punishment, courts-martial procedures, and the rights of soldiers facing military justice action.

Article 15 is one of the most consequential actions a commander can take. Soldiers have the right to refuse and demand a court-martial. NCOs must understand the limits of their authority. A procedural error can invalidate the entire action.
